Every single dish I ordered here was amazing! I actually forgot to take photos of most of them because I was too busy diving into the delicious food. Portions are generous, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. Their coffee drinks are also top-notch. The cafe’s interior is beautiful — aesthetic, green, and cozy, perfect for relaxing. I learned that at night, it transforms into a bar with a live band, which sounds like a great vibe. Tip: The cafe is located on the second floor. The first floor houses a Chinese restaurant, which has a brighter, more family-friendly and corporate dinner atmosphere. The two levels share a harmonious design style, but each gives a different feeling — the first floor is bright and lively, while the second floor feels cozy and laid-back, great for catching up with friends. Overall, the food here is outstanding, with generous portions at fair prices. This is definitely a must-visit spot in Taman Desa if you’re looking for a place to eat and chill.

Second time visit this place after the Chinese restaurant at G flr. We family with teenagers and elderly exploring the western cafe at 1st floor. Service is good and food is reasonable price . Only pull back was the heavy smoke smell in the cafe while we step in; few customers were SMOKING! At the balcony with glass door opened! The friendly waitress helped to close the glass door but another customer smoking again at different direction. We thought MOH already banned smoking in eateries despite "outdoor" or "indoor". We hope owner can take note on this. Friendly reminder .

The newly renovated star cafe (now located on the first floor) now has a completely fresh new look! They have a new menu and the food was SO SO GOOD! I had the duck confit, scallop cold pasta and umami fries, all of which were super tasty. Will return to try everything on the menu!!!

Definitely an amazing experience! Firstly i would like to compliment the new look on star cafe! I got to know that they just renovated and i was really amazed of how beautiful and comfy the design was! This is my first time going to star cafe, AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The environment was so comfortable and relaxing very suitable for family gatherings or might i even say an amazing spot for friends and colleagues to come together. I was shocked at how the layout was made. It definitely a sight to see! They have ample space and the vibe is just amazing. Secondly the food was amazing! I had the spaghetti with scallops (not the real name cause i forgot haha) but wow it was amazing! I’d give it a 8.5/10 (fyi it was my first time trying scallops) an it definitely did not disappoint. The combination of every ingredient was just spot on! I’m a very particular guy when it comes to seafood, but i totally enjoyed my food it was amazing. The portion was really reasonable and so was the pricing! I also had an iced matcha latte, it was good i’d give it a 6.5/10. I personally enjoyed it, for a person who enjoys the authenticity of pure matcha flavour it really was a job well done but definitely some room to improve. I also ordered a slice of tea cheese cake ( i cannot remember what tea hahaha) but on GOD IT WAS AMAZING. I’m not a cake lover but that first bite just made me fall in love. I don’t know about other people but for me the cake was the best i’ve tasted in entire life. THE BEST. They definitely got me hooked and wanting to comeback for it! It was a 12/10. MUST TRY!! It was creamy but just the perfect amount, it was soft and the amount of sweetness was just perfection. it was truly an amazing experience there at star cafe. FYI the second floor is PORK AND LARD FREE. But there’s alcohol but also so many non alcoholic beverages to discover too! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAR CAFE. We came for dinner during weekend (Saturday night). There is a live band performance, the uncles totally rock! The food was generally good! We loved the tiger prawn pasta and the steak (though the steak took slightly longer to make) We also enjoyed the wine and tiramisu. Staffs were patient to introduce us to the wine options, ended up with 2 bottles Highly recommend but make a reservation in advance, especially over the weekend

Amazing food with fantastic atmosphere the most outstanding fact that i will be back again is the great sevice all staff are very friendly & the live band was absolutely great

Came here first time because of Strollers. But the food turned out to very appetizing. We had aurora urap salad, oven baked barramundi, seabass umai, grilled tiger prawns, charred edamame, tiramisu and latte. All good and yum. And of course Strollers were great playing evergreens, solid beats, singing... all round an enjoyable evening.
